My anxiety prior to my appointment was high and predicated by fear of a recurrence of aTrigeminal Neuralgia flare up, Truly impressive, friendly and helpful staff assisted in rescheduling etc and this past week I actually had two appointments. Dr Takamoto is what all dentists should strive toward. Calm, competent and comforting in his manner and work. The dental assistants reflected this also-very glad I was referred here. Wish I remembered everyone’s name and sorry that I don’t!

Dr. Takemoto ensured I was comfortable in the dental chair. This visit was my FIRST time getting dental work that required me to be fully numb and awake. And I am happy to say my experience with Moorpark Smiles was great and went smoothly! Dr. T and his assistant are very diligent in their craft, and did a wonderful job on my teeth while keeping me comfortable. The hygienists working here are very knowledgeable in their work. They are willing to answer any questions I had while educating me on how to better care for my oral hygiene. This office has a great team that ensures quality patient care! The front desk was so kind, I was welcomed as I walked through the door and had a small talk with the ladies up front. It definitely made the office feel more homie! 100% recommend this dental office!

Dr. Takemoto is a great dentist. The staff at the location is great and make for a good dental experience. They clean teeth well and take their time with their patients. The office is well maintained and clean as well.

From the moment I arrive until I leave the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The Dr. is friendly and let’s me know what’s going on with my teeth and gums. He has done great work and always makes sure I am comfortable and not in any pain. Highly recommend!

Everyone here is super nice and easy to talk with. Dr.T has a great personality. He will tell you your issues and what he recommends with no pressure. The front desk ladies, Wendy and Crystal, are super sweet and always good for a fun conversation. :)
