This has to be one of most awesome Dentistry Offices I’ve ever been in. From the moment you step in the amazing staff make you feel at home and at ease. The Doctors are amazing as well they really explain things in details. I love this place...Going to Dentist just got easier and fun...

went in today nervous as one could be. When I opened the door the cleanliness, aroma in the air, calming welcoming smile behind the desk made me feel better. I had a cleaning with Tess. She was amazing. She understood that I was scared and was very kind and gentle. I really appreciated that. I had an exam with Dr. Potts he went into detail of what I needed. I did not feel like I was in a "snarky cars salesmen" situation like I have in previous offices. He was truthful and gave me the breakdown of what the priority was. Then I met with the office manager Lourdes who again was not out to take my money. She was calm and very willing to explain what coverages I had and what needed to be done first as well. I had a great experience and I recommend this office to everyone. On my way out scheduled my teens for their cleanings as well. We found a new DENTAL OFFICE YAY!!!

Very nice staff. They are pleasant and responsive, they offered you drinks and small snack. They make you very comfortable. when Dr. Potts orders a treatment they come in and show you the financials or the treatment plan in a fast and responsible way very confident and they are pleasant. Dr. Potts is a very good dentist gives good advice and does excellent work. The dental hygienist are very pleasant and nice. Also, they offer good tips for good dental hygiene and do a good job cleaning your teeth.. Also, it is easy to schedule appointments. They have lots of openings and available hours.

The first time you walk into Dr. Potts office you realize that this will be a different dental experience. Waterfalls cascade down the walls and plush chairs surround the waiting room. The entire environment has a spa like atmosphere. The people around you are drinking wine, tea, and gourmet coffee. What is going on here I thought? The drinks are just part of the ’VIP’ menu, which also includes lip balms and essential oils. The wine and beer is for those who need ’liquid courage’. The staff, dental hygienists, and doctors, are some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They do everything they can to make you comfortable, explain any and all dental procedures and make you want to come back as you sit in your vibrating dental massage chair having your teeth cleaned.

From the initial encounter i was very impressed with the staff and the office. Extremely kind and pleasant. The care i received today for a cleaning was top notch. Very high quality and new machines. I dont know why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. Highly recommend this dentist!
