RUN, DON’T WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DENTSIT OFFICE Let me start by saying I had been going to this dentist office for almost 7 years, but in the last few years noticed a VERY negative change to the staff and operations of this dental office. I’m not sure what happened, BUT after my last visit I didn’t even make it past the guard at the front desk (Lupe I believe), before I vowed never to step one foot back in this horrible place. As soon as I walked in and Lupe looked up at me with a frown on her face, I instantly remembered why I didn’t like coming here anymore. She is the WORST person to have at that front desk. This is the most horrible noncustomer focused business I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was soooo RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and COMPLETELY uncaring! She’s been there for a while too, so it speaks volumes to me that the management would retain someone who is so unprofessional. She is supposed to be the company’s face, the first person you interact with, and they haven’t replaced her or retrained her. Fair warning – Run away!!!!! UPDATE: The "owner" replied to my review - "Call us so we can discuss". So I did. No one answered the phone (which is typical) and was on hold for 10 minutes. No one ever picked up my call (typical), and I won’t bother leaving a message that won’t be returned (typical). So sad! I loved this office before, BUT not anymore.

The staff are friendly, smiling and greet you when you come in to start process of did you sign in our website so we can check you in timely manner… if not they will assist you in doing the correct way.. I had cleaning done excellent service! Caring and understanding and gentle when cleaning.

I’m very happy that I chose this office. Everybody I dealt with was so nice and professional. It really helped my anxiety. The financial plan worked out really well and the dentist and their assistance made sure I felt zero pain.

I had an appointment at Park Place dental office today for a chipped tooth. I have been going to this office for the past eight years. I’ve already seen 3 different dentists here but today I met dr Acosta for the first time. I have severe dental anxiety and I discussed that with him. I felt heard and understood. My procedure was done with so much care, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I couldn’t be happier that the procedure ran so smoothly and I felt supported and cared for. Also the whole dental team and the front desk were super friendly and professional I had an excellent visit considering how fearful I was in the beginning. Everyone was amazing and I am appreciative of that.

So far, so good! I just started treatment for some crumbling teeth (nightmares, anyone?), and the doctor has kept me well-informed all the way. Plus (and it’s a big plus), they were exceptional at working with me on a payment plan that wouldn’t leave us homeless! Definitely looking forward to getting this situation finalized.
