Cleaning 2First time patient. The staff pleasant. Had several X-rays, thorough exam by the dentist. The dentist and assistant explained everything and answered all my questions. They both made sure l understood what they were telling me. The exam was the best exam l ever had and l have had several. My first visit was great.

Had a nice experience. I was nervous getting a procedure done but Nikki the hygienist made me very comfortable and procedure pretty painless. She was gentle with the sore area of my gum. A nice experience to make me want to continue future appointments.

So far so good! First time patient and it was a very thorough review. I’ve been to several offices, however I’ve never been screened this thoroughly-for periodontal disease, oral cancer, and even gum inflammation. Nikki the hygienist was very knowledgeable and took her time with my cleaning. She also made sure to be mindful of the sensitive areas in my mouth which I really appreciate. I’ve been looking for an intimate family practice and I believe I found my new dental home.

Always a pleasant experience at this office. I had the pleasure of being assigned Mrs. Sharon for my last 2 appointments. She is very inviting, patient, thorough, and informative. She told me everything that was going on and what should take place going forward. She constantly checked on my comfort. I learned so much about oral care from my short visits with her. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I chose this office, especially since I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist. It’s clear this office focuses on BOTH quality AND comfort. My hygienist Keisha was excellent and very comforting throughout my deep cleaning. Natalia has been wonderful as well. I have to have a good bit of work done which is daunting, but Dr. Lam has done an excellent job so far. I was shocked at how nearly painless it was for me to get 4 fillings today. Everyone worked with me to quell my anxieties and were so kind. This office is the closest you’ll get to a comfortable and even relaxing dental experience. They have TV’s to distract you, hot towels for your face after, and a very nice office environment. It had been a very long time since I’d seen a dentist; thank you to everyone who made my first procedures here as comfortable as possible!
