They clearly are not equipped to deal with seniors with disabilities. Although outward appearances indicate that I am fine, I am dealing with a severe back injury which limits where I can sit comfortably without pain. First the Xray tech requested that I go into a dental room to "test" my teeth. I told him that my dentist already tested me and that was the reason I was there. I declined another test (which would have meant getting into another dental chair, which would likely exacerbate my back pain). I returned to the comfortable chain in the waiting room. Then he asked me to wait in the dental room again, prior to the Xray. I again declined, without angst, and said that I would prefer to wait in the more comfortable chair in the waiting room. He called me in again for the Xray. I complied, but he seemed perturbed when I was unable, because of my unstable and painful back, to move in a way he preferred. Once that was done, he asked me to wait for the doctor in the dental room. I complied this time seeing at least one semi comfortable chair. While I was sitting in the chair, I noticed my name on the screen directly in front of me with comments. Since it was my chart, I started to read the comments which read something like this, "This patient is rude.....". I got up, made a comment as I was leaving, to the tech, about his comments, and left. These folks did not treat me with respect and were not friendly or even polite. They were more interested in their own jobs than my well-being. They clearly did not understand the difficulty I was having in attempting to comply with their requests and assumed I was being "rude". When in fact, I was simply trying to take care of my health and minimize my pain. Had they asked more questions, maybe they would have understood. This is my THIRD and last extremely poor experience at this facility and I will not go back.

I had a root canal work done by Dr. Bollinger. He was excellent. He was very caring and generous with his time. The treatment was virtually painless. Dr. Bollinger took the time to explain the procedure and he gave me multiple advices and recommendations on other teeth. I highly recommend him for a painless and excellent root canal work.

This was my first root canal , I had a consultation with doctor Bollinger 1st, he was nice friendly doctor took his time and calmly talked with me what needed to be done, I was going to call back the following week to schedule an appointment. Next day my tooth flared up i was in pain I called the office sooner then I expected they were booked but went above and beyond to get me in the same day. I was treated by doctor Stoop who is a great doctor! He is kind and patient he explained to me in detail what he was going to do and made sure i was comfortable! I experienced no pain! he and his entire staff treated me well and with care! From the time I walked in the door i was greeted with smiling faces till the time I left i felt very comfortable great atmosphere terrific team front and back office! The following day i got a call from the office to check and see how i was doing thank you so much!

If you find yourself having to get a root canal, I highly recommend Dr. Stoops, I felt I was in competent hands. Both him and his assistant were very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone I encountered in the office were pleasant and professional. Thank you for taking care of my difficult procedure Dr. Stoops.

Dr. Stoops and his entire staff are excellent! I had no pain during my root canal. Victor assisted Dr Stoops and they were efficient, professional and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I appreciated the follow up phone call a few days later to find out how I was doing. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office!
