If possible, I would rate this business 1/2 a star if any at all. They were recommended by our Dentist in Thousand Oaks for a procedure my wife needed and although everything seemed to go well, they came back months later requesting a payment they had supposedly obtained approval for from my insurance. At the time of the procedure I made it a point to confirm they had obtained coverage details from my insurance carrier and they confirmed. Now months later they send a collection notice and threaten to send us to a 3rd party collection agency if we do not pay. This is a horrible practice now that it puts their customers in a bad situation. We communicated with them via email and asked to work on the total now that clearly they dropped the ball and lied to us saying they had approval. We don’t appreciate bad practices that end up costing customers more when clearly they are responsible for confirming coverages. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this place to anybody, and if you are forced to go there please make sure you get coverage details in writing, the fine print does not back you up and and they are willing to send you to collection in a heart beat. We will pay the balance to be clear, but never going there again and whoever reads this, please reconsider.
