On behalf of one of my family members who just got their braces off, I want to say this place is a complete joke. The office lied at the beginning of treatment and said it would only be a certain amount of months before the braces were removed, when in fact the braces came off almost 12 months after that date. Also, the pain the braces caused was unbelievable. A year and half into the process the teeth were incredibly more crooked than before, and the teeth were shifted into an improper position, causing great amounts of stress on the teeth. Would totally not recommend to anybody. If you need orthodontic treatment, you should either keep your teeth the way they were or just go to a different orthodontist. Period.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire office, staff and operations with Dr. Doug Williams. Everything has been absolutely fantastic. Morning office hours are fast, everyone is friendly, kind and happy. They have been thorough in explanations about care and treatment and even made the experience fun. Dr. Doug Williams is gentle and we could not be happier here.
