I love this dentist. She is so chill and real and they are honest with their prices and honest about cheap crowns! I got a porcelain covered metal crown and they warned me, but I went ahead with it and it cracked right away. They gave me a discount, took money off of the zirconium crown I am about to get as a replacement, and didn’t give me the "I told you so" lecture lol. Some reviews are complaining about the office staff: They are wonderful. They will accommodate my schedule, and they give texts, emails and phone reminders of appointments. The dental hygenists are great. The doctor is a very nice lady who does excellent work, and sometimes she is focused and may not be super "chatty", but who wants a dentist to be worried about small talk when they are working on your teeth anyway? I have tried three different Simi Valley dentists before Dr Waxler, and she is my favorite.
