Sycamore Dentistry - Michael Sycamore DDS

I’m almost 80 years of age and have experienced many dentists in my time; I feel that because of Dr. Syycamore, I still have a nice smile (some would say). Dr. Sycamore is the best dentist that I have ever had!

The staff always goes just a step beyond. I arrived early for my appointment during their lunch hour. Instead of having to wait in the parking lot someone unlocked the door and let me sit in the reception area until lunch was over. Love my hygienist…quick, efficient and she does a great job. Dr Sycamore is wonderful. After my dentist of 20 years started to semi retire and farm out his patients to his colleague, I decided to switch dentists. I went through about three other dentists before I found Dr. Sycamore. Don’t think just because someone has a license to practice dentistry that they are good. I had a botched crown done, suggested treatments from the other two that were not necessary or even warranted (upselling). Dr Sycamore is not only a good dentist, he can do crowns in office and he doesn’t suggest procedures that aren’t really necessary which is as it should be. I also opted out text messaging reminders because I get way too many text messages. The wonderful woman at the front desk told me she could personally just send me ONE text reminder if I wanted as opposed to the slew of automated text reminders. If that’s not going above and beyond by the staff, I don’t know what is….highly recommend.

Dr Sycamore is an astute clinician. I have the utmost confidence in him. He has reversed my dental circumstances/history from not so good to much improved. I recommend him most highly. I must also give Melissa ( Dental Hygienist) many “stars”. She is remarkably sensitive to her patients. I couldn’t be more pleased. Bruce Thomas

Incredible experience every time I go. I moved to Malibu but still make the drive! Melissa is such a gentle hygienist and Dr. Sycamore is amazing too!

My family has been going to Sycamore Dentistry for 5+ years. Last month, my 8-year-old son broke his front tooth at a trampoline park, and I frantically called in for help. Emily was so helpful and kind and scheduled an immediate, after-hours appointment for him to come into the office. Emily and Dr. Sycamore welcomed us in, educated us on the procedure, and made my son feel comfortable and safe. They were transparent about the benefits/risks and cost. The procedure was quick and successful. A few days later, I received a text asking how he was doing. A follow-up appointment was scheduled and confirmed a saved tooth! This was the second emergency situation that we’ve had in our family with the same exceptional care. Sycamore dentistry has always provided us with clear breakdowns of information regarding work recommended, procedures completed, and insurance coverage which is a testament to the organization upheld by the management. This organization paired with Dr. Sycamore’s level of precision and expertise keep us coming back year after year.
