I had a little anxiety with my dental implant, but Dr Bruckner and both dental assistants were very kind and alleviated much of my anxiety. I did not experience any discomfort during my procedure. Dr Bruckner personally called me later in the day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr Bruckner for any oral surgery needs.

I went in to be checked on after having my wisdom teeth out earlier in the week. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and really put my mind at ease that I was healing normally. No one made me feel bad or like a hypochondriac for wanting to be seen.

The best experience that I could have had. It renewed my faith in dentistry. Dr Bruckner was straight forward with everything that was going on and noticed my nervousness when I entered the office. He reassured me that all would be well and he came through. The rest of the office was very welcoming and created a calm environment. There is nowhere else that I would want to go or trust. 3 of my children have had their wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Bruckner, so that is why I went to Pacific Oral Surgery… just to see Dr. Bruckner. I met with him twice for consultations and he was very informative of my situation & very responsive to my concerns & questions. I appreciate his candor & input. The office staff & assistants are all very professional & answered all of my questions. They worked well with my primary dentist & answered my questions regarding my insurance coverage. I’ll always go back whenever it’s needed.

The entire staff and Doctor couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. The office was clean and welcoming. My biggest peeve (at any medical office) is no name tag or introduction of team member. But this would NOT prevent me from going back or referring friends to this great office. In fact, surgery is scheduled for our young, giant son in February.
