This visit was for a cleaning and see what condition my mouth was in. I was pleasantly surprised by the receptionist who had me fill out the paperwork. I then saw the dentist who took the x-rays and did the exam and cleaning. It was a good experience I’ll be going again soon.

Dr. Prasol is a professional, she always takes her time and makes sure the work is done perfectly, she doesnt overbook appointments either so she isnt rushing back and forth like alot of other dentists do. I never wait long, appointments start on time. She has perfected her craft 5/5.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Victoria to anyone!! She was super sweet and gentle, she was able to fix my chipped tooth. The staff was awesome and everyone was very efficient and helpful.

I first came to this office for an emergency tooth extraction, which was done instantly and literally without pain. But it so happened, that my acute toothache was a manifestation of a severe and long neglected gum disease. Doctor Victoria presented me with multiple options, patiently explaining and often repeating all cons and pros of each scenario, “mainstream” approach vs. individual, more fitting to my case, solution. She was extremely patient and professional, giving me time to absorb the shocking news of forthcoming extensive (and expensive) dental procedures, not once forcing me or rushing me up. She was extremely understanding and sensitive, for which I am immensely grateful! Finally, we worked out a plan, and to make a long story short - Doctor Victoria successfully fixed my problem, saving as many of my teeth as possible, which was a miracle by itself, and saved me good amount of money. All this long and extensive procedure was done almost entirely pain-free. I am sure she has a real gift for that! The office staff was attentive and professional as well, all my questions were answered, all calls were returned. After each procedure I received a courtesy call next day. I can’t say enough of how happy I am with Doctor Victoria’s skills and outstanding service and work ethic of her team. I guess, it is pretty obvious that I highly recommend this Dental office for all kind of procedures, from very basic needs to super complicated surgeries like in my case. Thank you, Saugus Dental Laser Center, and especially many thanks and my greatest admiration to Doctor Victoria Prasol!
