We were visiting family in Middlebury in early August and I needed the wires on both jaws trimmed because it was going to be a couple of months before we got home to Florida. I called the office in the morning and was able to make an appointment for the early afternoon on the same day. A friendly staff, efficient hygienist, and orthodontist willing to see me quickly made my trip up to Burlington on well worth it. I highly recommend this orthodontist.

Excellent family dentist. I have been seeing this dentist since I was a small child, three generations of my family use this practice. I’m usually hesitant with my mouth and can’t take a still x-ray to save my life (gagging). But the staff are willing to use a "child size" bite (I have a small mouth) for me, and try tricks like salt on the tongue. They always make the experience as pleasant as can be and take the time to inform their clients. They really do get to know you here. I will be very sad if the insurance at my employer changes and is no longer accepted here. Hopefully, they begin to accept Aetna in the future (as my company may be moving to them), currently I have MVP.

Great practice, great doctors (orthodontists), Dr Zach is very professional and great with kids. Staff is friendly. I had the braces done for two of my daughters done at the Essex office and I’m very satisfied with the result.
