The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Lisa is very approachable with insurance questions and always has a warm welcome. Erika has extensive knowledge and is very gentle but thorough with cleaning. Dr. Niles is an excellent dentist who takes a patient-centered approach and is very honest and non-aggressive. As a patient, I feel she does not push for unnecessary procedures and always takes the time to explain things. I appreciate her practice of using a shared decision making model, in which I am an active participant in my treatment plan. Highly recommend this team if you are seeking a family dentist or a second opinion!

New patient visit was very pleasant. Dr. Niles and her team are so kind and want to get to know you. I didn’t feel like a number or feel forced into treatment. The office atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Happy to have found such a great DDS with a very professional team that will help me with my future dental needs and care about me.

Yesterday was my daughter’s first dental appointment. I love how flexible they are with children and allowing them to go at their own pace. My daughter loved brushing Allie the alligator’s teeth with the super big toothbrush and getting a new toothbrush to take home! Thank you for the amazing visit! I’ve also been going for as long as I can remember and have had some amazing experiences!
