Prior to my appointment we went over the sedation and numbing options. They also prescribe the necessary medications and instruction prior to the procedure. The woman who brought me back and set my IV up was absolutely wonderful. I wish I had said thank you in person. I fainted while getting my IV set up, and she knew exactly what to do. We almost had to change it again, therefore I started crying. We also discussed the options if I decided I did not want to be sedated after all. They gave me a little laughing gas to help with the anxiety and pain of moving the needle, and she brought in a therapy dog (and asked if it was okay) who stayed on my chest until I was ultimately put under anesthesia. I got cold and she brought me a blanket, and let me have a sip of water because my mouth was dry. It was very comforting to have her there and just chat with me until it was time for surgery. Also, Dr Hardy did a wonderful job on my teeth. And I’m very grateful for the staff there. Thank you!

The woman who brought me to the operation room was very kind, asking me about little things like how I was with needles and my plans afterwards. Other than double-checking which of my teeth were be to removed, not much was asked of me about what I was expecting, nor was I informed of anything about the procedure. I don’t recommend this office. They did not ask me if I wanted to be put under, and despite being told during my consultation appointment a few months prior that I could bring my headphones for music, I was not given an opportunity to put them on before they began. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, as I could feel the doctor(s)’s hands/tools (I could not quite tell which) moving around in my mouth. While I didn’t feel the extraction process, it was still unsettling, and none of the three medically trained people in the room seemed to realise my discomfort. I had started crying and shaking at some point during the procedure, and as much as I wanted to flinch or move away, I could not. But they did not notice this until after they had finished. They asked me how I was feeling afterwards, but didn’t do much to try and calm me down. I did not stop crying until after I had managed to ask for my father to come in and I saw him in the room with me.

As my family dragged me inside his office I was mortified, I’m the one that you can’t take to the dentist 😔🦷 no,nope,no way but after meeting Dr.Hardy!! I could see he cared about his patients more than just a job for him and his crew,we loved them all!!! You get to watch the artist Rob!the tree guy, you know ,happy little trees! I have a foba!!!of the tooth fairy,so bad every dentist and surgeon in South Burlington and so on wouldn’t see me anymore,so I had to do my own work, until Dr.Hardy n his angles came into our life,he didn’t care about money he didn’t care about the pastl he let me be me and helped me cure my sickness the teeth was causing and it was bad! I had like 4/5 permanent holes in different spots of the gums where the infection would drain, all together he had to remove 21 teeth at one time, he started the IV in my wrist which I can’t stand but he did it perfect,no discomfort wasn’t afraid!Thank you Dr.Hardy and the 2 lady’s I think it was 2 at first it was until I got that happy gas it could’ve been 4! From my family to yours thank you so so much. He’s the best 5 BIG STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐and a fist bump!

Firstly, The office was very crowded with patients. As a result, I waited over 40 minutes to be called. Secondly, once the doctor entered, he asked my why I was there. I said I was referred by my dentist. Then I proceeded to ask If he had looked at the dentist’s notes, no answer. Thirdly, I continued with telling him that the dentist was concerned about some sores in my mouth. Dr. Hardy’s examine consisted of him taking his finger, and going around my mouth. He was done in about 5 seconds. Furthermore, he said, "I see nothing" Lastly, He took little concern or time with my medical history, and even less time/concern with the actual examine. Side note: I only gave two stars because the assistant was very nice.

I have had A LOT of dental work done in my day and I have to say that the staff I personally interacted with was stellar. The doc was very calm, succinct, and precise. During the surgery, the assistant was in high spirits and explained absolutely everything that was happening during the procedure. They took multiple X-rays during the procedure, just to make sure everything was exactly how it should be. Post-op pain was as minimal as it could be. Very, very impressed and I would highly recommend them.
