Disrespectful group of individuals. I was kicked out essentially for asking questions that a parent wants to know to protect their childs best interest at the South Burlington location. So I later returned to another location because they told me to do so after having that first bad experience at one location and thats when I found out I was banned in whole from Timberlane. They didnt tell me until after they performed work at the second visit. I thought I had just had issues at first location. They then proceeded to refer me to a place that doesnt even accept patients from our location. VTOralSurgery. They said they only accept patient from Chittenden county, which timberlane should know. Come to find out, VTOralSurgery in South Burlington, vt is ALSO a TIMBERLANE Dentist which they told me I banned from earlier so why refer me there when im not welcomes and banned? why even TRY to send me there with those 2 faults? Bogus referral sent to a place im supposedly banned form and then to be told by that place they dont accept patients from outside their area? Yeah I call B.s.! Great way to waste peoples time acting like you care and eat up there money and insurance. I will never send my kids back here anyway. Thank God Im wealthy. What Bunch of snakes.
