I’ve been going to NCDC for a few years now and they are fantastic! I always enjoy seeing my hygenist Crystal for cleanings, and Dr. Allen does a great job on fillings. Don’t believe the bad reviews on here, the people who wrote them are clearly illiterate psychopaths who need to take better care of their teeth 😁

Made an appointment for this morning on the 6th and when I arrived was told my appointment wasn’t for two more days. Okay...don’t think I would’ve taken the morning off from work and driven for over an hour of I didn’t think I he an appointment. Nothing could be done apparently so I wilnot be returning.

I went in with an incredibly awful cavity that had completely overtaken my bottom moller. It was clear to me that the tooth needed to be extracted, however in an obvious attempt to collect more money from my insurance company the dentist I saw insisted that the tooth could be drilled and filled with a temporary filling. Against my better judgment I agreed to let him try and save the tooth...Boy was that a stupid move. When I went back in to have the work done it was clear to me from the start that Dr. Lovejoy was in a hurry to get the filling over with. When he completed his work he insisted that there would be little to no pain after the numbing agent wore off so there would be no need for any kind of pain medication...That was complete BS!! I was in such unbearable pain for a week after that I was unable to eat, sleep or hardly even drink anything at all, and of course I was out of state on vacation the entire time!! Ever since I had the work done the affected tooth has been an issue. I to this day can’t chew on the right side of my mouth due to the pain it causes and the frailty of the tooth. Now, almost a year later I find out that Dr. Lovejoy was in such a hurry to get out of his chair that he didn’t get all of the cavity and rot out before he went ahead and put the filling over it, so I am now going through the unthinkabley agonizing pain all over again as my tooth is rotting from the inside out!! Now on top of it all they won’t see me to resolve the issue because I missed one appointment that was scheduled 6 months back...Needless to say I won’t be going back to tthis dentist office again.

What was nice turns to hell. A painful hygenist. Upon discussion receptionist is rolling in laughter. Management says that’s just the way it is.
