Upon entering Valley Oral I felt the comfort and warmth of the waiting room, but not from the receptionist. The nurses were the best from beginning to end! They made me feel comfortable and welcome! I barely felt the stick from the IV needle! Unfortunately, my interaction with the surgeon before the procedure was robotic and stiff. Overall the procedure went well!

The staff was so helpful and very friendly. Everything was ready on time, and the office was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly father. Dr Petersen was so efficient and made sure my Dad was treated with respect and kindness too. Great experience!

When I entered the office area was nice and inviting and the receptionist were dressed appropriately. I immediately felt comforted knowing that the doctors took pride in their staff and their area. The intake gals were knowledgeable and answered questions as needed for me. I was very impressed with the gal getting my IV in because other doctors have had trouble and she didn’t. The doctor fixed my tooth up- no pain! And I was on my way! All these things make the experience a calm day for me. Thank you

From the receptionist to the nurses explaining what was to come, the process and expectations there of everyone was Professional, polite, took the time to answer questions and was very patient. Dr. Petersen was equally polite and patient in detailing what was to transpire. They reiterated that any postoperative issues should be reported immediately regardless of the time of day. I highly recommend Valley Oral and Facial Surgery.
