My first visit to this dental clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. I didn’t have dental work performed this visit. I had oral evaluation, x-rays, set up a treatment plan, and scheduled future appointments. The treatment plan and costs were thoroughly explained.

The dentist and hygienists are great, but my appointment was canceled and nobody notified me and I drove all the way from work and took time off for it. They said it was canceled by the regional manager and they didn’t have the courtesy to notify either me or the office staff! Ridiculous! I wasted an hour of my day driving back and forth from work. This is terrible customer service!

I gave it a two stars because the dentist herself was amazing. However I called and clarified during talking to them about making an appointment that they took my insurance. I asked about 5 times, and they said they did. Once I got there and drove the 45 min they said “oh we don’t take this.” That would have been great to know before I wasted my time, and then they wanted me to make an appointment to follow up. To get the dental work that would have been out of pocket. I was just very annoyed.

Clean, patient, were able to get me in today and Shelly the dental hygienist was awesome 👏. Looking forward to her doing my cleaning. Only waited 15 minutes. Shelly also explained my gum recession and how to properly take care of my teeth 🦷. Of concern is when I was checking out I was printed a bill for $155 and prior to my insurance I confirmed with my insurance that Aspen Dental was in network, gave receptionist insurance information ℹ️, and that to my understanding from my insurance I did not need to pay for cleaning or xray because it was covered. I was also under the impression I would get a cleaning today but then it turned into over a month wait to coordinate. Afterwards the lady said I could pay next time or they would have confirmed insurance by then and the paperwork would be updated. That’s the only concern 😕 I have. I could see my mom paying not understanding what’s going on and getting depressed.Therefore I believe more accountability and rigorousness is needed in that aspect.
