Great experience with all the staff members from friendly dental. Mattia did a great job with the X-rays and Kara Dental Hygienist ,Awesome job with cleaning. She is a really nice kind person.

Friendly Dental of Rivergate is amazing!!! The front office staff Emerson and Jelyn are both very friendly and kind best customer service ever. My dentist (Dr. Perez) and including my hygienist (Kara) are very thorough I recently had a root canal they were both very patient and kind. Highly recommend Friendly Dental Rivergate.

Tried to give them feedback directly. And none of their emails nor their website have a way to receive feedback from customers. Think about that! I went here for about 8 years and in the last 2 years, they’ve gone really downhill. The hygienists are mediocre or just bad on some days, rude, and carry a bad attitude. I haven’t seen the same doctor twice in the last few years. And they seem too junior, just out of college, and pushing treatments on me I don’t need/want.

My experience with Friendly Dental at Rivergate was awesome. It began with the staff that greeted me at the front desk all the way to the dentist and including my hygienist. They were very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. It helped me so much because I was very nervous about going. They care about their patients. Thank you to Friendly Dental staff for taking such good care of me.
