How do you help patients who are nervous or afraid of going to the dentist?
We welcome prospective patients to come in for a free consultation. In this consultation, you will meet the staff and speak at length with Dr Jungblut about your dental health and history. We are not a corporate dental practice. There is no rush here. It's a relax environment. You get to know us we get to know you. We have had families here for over 20+ years.
What’s your policy for cancellations or rescheduling appointments?
We required 48-hour notice for cancellation. If you do not call us and give us notice, then there is a $75.00 charge. If you do give us notice, then there is no charge to you. We need the notice for staffing and to find a patient to fill your spot.
Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
We have evening appointments available. We have 24 emergency-care for existing patients.
What payment options or financing plans do you offer?
We accept all credit cards. We do all the paperwork and submit your insurance. Your responsible for the difference your insurance does not cover. We have an in-house dental plan.
Is the office accessible by public transportation?
We are downtown Glen Ellyn, 1 block from the train station.
Do you offer accessible parking or nearby parking?
We plentiful parking.
What should I do before my first appointment?
As a new patient. Write down your dental history good and bad. What you are looking for in terms of your oral care. Bring a list of your questions to your appointment.
What can I expect during my first dental visit?
When you meet with Dr. Jungblut you she will ask about your overall health and your dental history. Go over everything, go over all your questions and concerns. Once we know your insurance we will find out about your coverage. If you don't have insurance, no problem, we have an in-house dental plan that covers everything depending on your age. This really is the most important meeting because you have concerns about your teeth, treatment plans, bills, etc. Dr Jungblut will go over everything and explain everything. We're not a corporate dental practice.
Do you have a waiting area for children or families?
Yes we do.
How do you notify patients of upcoming appointments? (text, email, call?)
Yes we do. We send many reminders.
What safety or hygiene protocols do you follow in-office?
We have an in-house sterilization machine where all dental tools are run through daily.
