Amazing Team 2Friendly front desk staff & assistant but once I was seen by Dr. Sami, it was awful, worst experience ever!! No compassion. Actually got frustrated because my eyes were watering so much due to the intense light being held on them forever! Just so rude. I had questions about how to help the situation with my eyes, asked what could I do, he replied “ nothing”, when I asked what drops should I use , he said it didn’t matter, they were all the same. There was definitely no compassion or care, I was just another number.. he might as well just yelled “next”! It’s a shame because the rest of the staff was very kind!

I do not recommend this place at all. I saw Dr. GARCIA. she us not there anymore but if they hired her I feel the other doctors are just the same. I felt like just a number and someone been used to take advantage of insurance payment. She never spoke, did not give me time to ask questions or show any compassion.. She only used a few drops prior to shots. Still felt them and they HURT. She did nothing for me, only took my money. I would not give 1 star but I did like the front office.

Usaly love this place but time before last I was in there they was a older lady running the desk and making personal calls right at the desk, and a few of them doing what I would call gossiping ,they should talk at break and make personal calls at break especially when your waiting room is packed but dr.far love him he is to the point oh and please if you are a nurse there please smile at the patient and please use mints don’t care if you brushed your teeth at 6am you are hovering over our face be nice be clean for the love of God use listerin! Ok rant over

The atmosphere there was a bit on the cold shoulder type. Not very friendly. The docs are in for 3 minutes then out without even a ’hope you feel better or have a nice day’!! Don’t want to go back but it’s a must since they operated on my eye twice.
