PLEASE check your statements after surgery. We had 3 different wisdom teeth removals there and we were owed refunds on all 3. I only received them because I called over and over again for over a year about it! They submitted the claim incorrectly on my insurance and I had to 3 way them both to get it resolved. I would think it was a mistake but it happened 3 times.

I’ve seen some negative reviews here. My experience was the opposite. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and the procedure was quick, painless, and healing went well. Dr. Carter was straight to the point and answered any questions I had along the way - they even were able to see me last minute right before a vacation when I had an issue before my surgery date, get me patched up, and I was good to go at no charge. In my opinion everyone here operated with the epitome of professionalism. I had two severely damaged wisdom teeth removed, and it went so much easier than expected with just local anesthesia. I did not use insurance, so I had my choice of where to get the procedure done - if I had to choose again, I wouldn’t hesitate to trust the staff here again and again.

I’ve been to this office three times now to see dr carter and let me just say her entire staff is full of kind and caring people. Katie(hope it’s spelled right) at the check in desk was so wonderful to me on my most recent visit as I was in very severe pain and had to come in for a last minute appointment and unfortunately there was quite a long wait as Dr.Carter was in an emergency surgery but she went above and beyond while I was crying in pain in the lobby. I have seen mixed reviews about dr.Carter and although on my surgery day I was a little weary of her bedside manner I will say my most recent visit changed that, she was very direct with her words but also very open and honest about what she could and couldn’t help with and very caring about the amount of pain I was in and gave me as much information as she possibly could. Overall I will be back if I have to have oral surgery again but let’s hope I don’t have to haha.

Best experience with an extraction EVER! I’ll never go any where else to have a tooth pulled again! It took me longer to fill out the papers than it did for the dr to pull the tooth! I’m highly impressed and thankful!

Yesterday 10/28/22, I had my last two wisdom teeth removed. This was my 2nd time there this year. My first time I was surprised that I had to get full mouth exrays when it wasn’t time, so I had to pay 250 for that. I wasn’t too happy about that. My dentist sent over my exrays. Fast forward to yesterday. When I say I’ve never been handled so roughly at a doctors or dentist office is an understatement! I thought my first experience in April with Dr. Carter was a one off. Maybe she was having a rough morning. She was rough with me then. However yesterday was a bit much. Maybe she thought the laughing gas had me loopy, but it didn’t. She never even spoke to me when she came in. It started with the IV. I told her my right arm wasn’t a good arm & she seemed to catch an attitude. She turn my arm over with some force which wasn’t needed. Surprise no good vein. Then she twisted my hand over and stuck me there, after fishing around for a vein, which was painful, she snatched the needle out & I literally yelled out ouch! She proceeds to go to the other arm found a vein immediately. She snatched off the tourniquet so quick that it popped me & she shoved my arm back to my side. The one assistant with the sisterlocs asked me if I was ok, I’m sure she saw my face. I said yes, because for one this lady was about be in my mouth & im unconscious. My safety was more important than for me to complain about her in that moment. I don’t know what her problem was, but she’s terrible. I’ve never been handle this way by a doctor. The rest of the staff was great, but Dr. Ronda Carter is not.
