Went for a new patient appointment this week with a very anxious 10 year old. Miss Nicole was extremely patient and caring. She stayed completely calm and did what she could to build a rapport, but did not get offended when he didn’t engage. She even requested we have her next time. ❤️ I appreciated her care so much. Dr. Stephanie is wonderful as well! Thank you!

Sharon is amazing! She cleaned my 3.5 year old’s teeth this morning and was so patient. She explained what was happening every step of the way, and my daughter stayed calm and cooperative. Dr. Kaitlyn was also excellent. We have been with the practice for a while and have always been happy (first Jackson Pediatric Dentistry, then Pleasant Mill). Our experience with Sharon today was so excellent that I had to leave a review.

The billing lady need to do their work to give customer correct information! She is lack of knowledge and need to learn! The hygienist is apathetic for the whole process and really rude! looks customer own her money, never seen such kind of lady before! The doctor explained one thing and when do the treatment plan it’s another case! So frustrated! Have such bad experience with them, DO NOT WANT COME BACK AGAIN!! They need train the billing lady to be responsible and the hygienist be nice!!

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Jackson and the staff. Michelle is new & she was my son’s dental technician today. She was amazing! Not only was she really good with my son, but she has the best attitude, friendly & supportive. I just adore her& think that she’s a wonderful asset to the practice. Thanks for continuing to keep Jackson Pediatric Dentistry my favorite place to bring my son for all his dental needs! I definitely refer everyone I know!
