The dentist was very nice and polite. The hygienist however was very short and came off very rude. Due to the area being open to everyone, when we discussed my daughters multiple cavities and dental needs, I felt very subconscious and like a horrible parent as everyone could hear all of our issues. Had it not been for the dentist being kind and never judgmental we would likely not return.

We used to love it here! My son didn’t even mind going to the dentist. But there have been a lot of changes this past year and they are not good. It feels cold and uninformative. When we walked on back I was anksed if we wanted X-rays. I ansked when the last X-rays were done and she said “last visit”. I followed up with asking her when that was. “Last visit.” I couldn’t recall when that was so I asked her again to specify when that was. She huffed and then had to walk over to the computer to find out. How did she not know? And why the attitude? Either the dental hygienists are overly saccharine or they are a bit gruff and lacking compassion. An odd combination. I felt uncomfortable watching other children get cleanings. After my son was done with his own cleaning, I was given no feedback on how his teeth we were doing other than he needs to come back in 6 months. I was so put off by the entire visit that my mind sort of shut down and I failed to ask . Ended up calling the office a few days later to get more info and let the persona answering know how frustrated I was by that last cleaning. At this point I don’t think we can go back after years of being patients there. There are too many other good dentists offices in the area and I’m not confident this office would live up to our expectations if there was ever an actual issue. Disappointed.

Pleasant experience and my kids now enjoy going to the dentist. With 3 kids, I love the convenience of scheduling them all at the same time. Makes life easier!

My 3 daughters are new patients here and our first visit couldn’t have gone better. The hygienist and dentist were patient, thorough, and kind. They loved being able to pick a prize after their visit too. 10/10 experience for something most kids find intimidating

Dr Shiviani is an amazing Doctor she takes great care of her patients… she is one doctor I trust with my children.. she made being at the dentist better for my kids because they hate the dentist office but she made it ten times better now they love it just because of Dr Shiviani. Thank you so much very being a great person inside and out..the whole Davidson team is a family and it is the place to be. Stacey the hygienist is the kid whisper she made my son day
