Dr Jain was great to deal with. Answered queries for me out of hours and was quick to get me in for an appointment. Patient care was excellent and explained procedure and insurance process very well. Definitely would recommend and my new dentist going forward!

I had a teeth cleaning scheduled, the entire process was very rushed and I’ve had my teeth cleaned a bunch of times but never have I had swelling and pain post a regular cleaning. It was super rushed, and Dr. Jain didn’t seem to do a thorough job, there was also a lot of bleeding. I should’ve been prescribed a pain killer! To top it, I was charged a cancellation fee, for an appointment that I couldn’t make. I wasn’t made aware of this at all, and was charged at the end of the appointment. Quite unprofessional!
