This place has went down hill . The doctor is the rudest and the most unprofessional lady I’ve ever met . She talks to her assistants like dogs and doesn’t even acknowledge the parents . Took over a hour for her to come in to check my kids so we could go home . When coming in to finally check my kids mouths she was talking about the patient she just finished working on in a negative way and laughing about it . These are kids . If you don’t want to work with kids then why are you a Pediatric Dentist ? Not to mention while sitting in the room waiting for her to come the screams heard across the hallway scared my kids. People have more things to do than to sit in a dentist office for hours . I applaud the assistants for making up for her unprofessional ways . We will not be coming back.

My visit with the Dentist went go really great...because of the great service and wonderful staff keeping me with clean healthy and sparkling teeth.. Thank you my dentist and staff who gave me the Joy of leaving with sparkling and great white teeth and great gums. Again Thank You to my dentist and dental team workers..my visit was wonderful.... again Five Stars..Keep up the great service.. Joshua K. Beaufort. *****.

After the experience we had today I am looking for a new dentist office for my children. We had an appointment got there early and it was still an hour and a half later before they were even called back and almost 2 hours before they started the procedures. While they were withy oldest all they wanted to do was talk about the assistant’s pregnancy and what the doctor said for her to do, with the second child she talked to that assistant about how she didn’t like me and didn’t want to piss me off more than they already have. This place used to be good and professional but not any more and I am taking my business elsewhere.

My experience there was very good. The dental assistant, McKayla, was very comforting to my child. He had three fillings done. They were prompt, courteous, and did a wonderful job making sure my son was comfortable. The front office staff were friendly and inviting.

Got there at 930 (scheduled time) and wasn’t seen until 1030. I have 3 children. By 1130 we still had not seen the dentist and from what the nurses were saying it was going to be a while after that. If you can’t handle the schedule you set then don’t schedule so many patients. Not to mention the first time we went and they gave us a referral because one of my sons required sedation. We currently still have not heard to schedule a time a year later. Overall, one of the worst experiences we have ever had for a dentist. I will although give the nurses a shout out because they were obviously just as frustrated. If you go here clear your schedule for the day cuz it will be spent with your kid asleep in a chair.
