Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. After being with my old dentist for a long time I was pleasantly surprised that I could be lucky enough to find another dentist that I liked as much as my old dentist. Thanks Dental Works!

Amazing absolutely positively amazing I had three teeth extracted today. And a long time coming and it was well worth the wait because the oral surgeon that did the job had me in and out of there and I bet you she didn’t take more than 20 minutes or less to get the job done and I was awake. And me at the dentist forget about it 😂. I still have work to get done the hardest part is over but this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had in the dentist’s office 100% x 100% .

It would be nice if the dentist and dental assistance would explain everything in full detail, especially for someone that has never ever had a tooth pulled which I had. Explain in full detail what an abscessed tooth is. The importance of either a root canal or having a tooth pulled. I chose to have my tooth pulled due to the extremely high prices of a root canal. Then explain to the patient what dry socket really is. Rather than trying to look it up on the internet to understand the importance of not drinking or smoking. And if they deal with a smoker try to help them out with it rather than tell them think of the money you will save by not smoking, hence not giving them an option to be able to smoke. You’re not going to tell a smoker they cannot smoke. You’re not going to tell a alcoholic they can’t drink. Try to help them work through the situations. The dental assistant actually pissed me off by not trying to work with me on that. I never knew what dry socket meant I thought it’s where the socket got infected. I had to learn that through the internet where the blood clot comes out of the socket and exposes the bone and nerve. It would be nice if they would explain things a lot better ask them if they know what these terminologies mean.
