I loved Dr. Key however I am not a fan of the new dentist he hired at the office. If you’re going to go here be sure you are treated by Dr. Key I am extremely unsatisfied with the work the other guy did and I am having more problems with the tooth he worked on than I had before I went in. I probably won’t be returning to this office because of this.

Today (Friday) the Office is closed. Unfortunately I had a tooth that was causing terrible pain. Dr. Key and his wife Janet met me at the Office and he had to pull the tooth due to it’s condition . Usually this isn’t a pleasant experience for anyone including me. I have not visited Dr. Key before but after today he will be my Dentist. I cannot thank them both enough for driving to their Office in heavy rain on their day off. And they made me feel very comfortable and I left a happy patient with the pulling of the problem tooth. THANK YOU DR. KEY and JANET! Your are both awesome and caring making my unpleasant day turn into a pleasant one! Jerry Freeman

Dr. Key is very professional and knowledgeable. After having a bad experience with another dentist in the Hickory area (Dwight Hastings) I visited Dr. Key on recommendations from many employees at my office. Dr. Key fixed my tooth that Hastings had messed up. While visiting Dr. Key, I also asked to have a new retainer made. Since I work on the other side of town Dr. Key’s wife, Janet happen to be coming my way and brought my new retainer to me when it was finished. Wonderful people and great customer service!
