I’ve been a patient of Dr. Clay for about 30 years. You could not ask for a more calm and relaxed manner in a dentist. His entire staff puts you at ease immediately upon arrival. I encouraged my family members to go here and all have been satisfied continuing customers. Living in Burke County it is a bit of a drive to come but I would never think of changing dentists. For folks who get nervous at the thought of having to go to a dentist try Dr. Clay. You can’t go wrong

I only 1 star because zero is not an option. I took my family here and specified that they check my insurance before ordering services. Dr. Clay ordered both bite wing and panoramic x-rays without checking insurance. Insurance only approved payment for one x-ray per visit. Instead of admitting his mistake he charged me and I ate the considerable expense. I understand mistakes, but not owning your mistakes is a problem...especially when it costs your customers money. This office is 2 miles from my house and I drive by it every day but I will NEVER do business here again. I strongly encourage you to find a different dentist!
