I have been a patient of Dr. Eric’s for 20 years. He is a very good Dentist. I know because my brother is a Dentist and he examined me after Dr. Eric did a couple of crowns for me. My brother commented “very nice work” , so that’s how I know he’s a very good Doctor. My brother was my Dentist for about 15 years before we moved to Raleigh. I would highly recommend Dr. Eric Bufano if you are looking for a great Dentist. I only saw Dr. Lisa once. I think. I believe it was for a post hygienist examination. I don’t have much experience with her. I’m unable to give her my recommendation. However, she and Dr. Eric met in Dental school so each of them went through the same disciplined program. I’ve met Dr. Lisa several times and she is a lovely woman. The hygienist staff has been with the practice for 20 years. Most of the other staff are also long term employees. You won’t see new faces every time you visit. Nice people, nice environment, nice place to work. That says a lot about their practice. Very professional.

I’ve been going to Bufano & Bufano for I think about 20 years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Even when I’ve lived in Europe off and on at various points, I always come back to them for my dental appointments. The front office staff and hygienists are all so nice and caring and both Drs. Eric and Lisa are outstanding. I’m a very nervous patient when it comes to anything more than a cleaning and Dr. Eric is always so kind and patient with me and jokes around to make me feel more at ease. The office is always super on-it when it comes to handling my insurance and billing. Never any surprises or admin for me to deal with. Just seamless. Extremely recommend them!

My children love this dental practice and their staff. The staff there does a great job and keeping up with our children appointments. Everyone is always friendly and truly care about their patients. I wouldn’t use any other dentist but this practice. Been a loyal customer for over 7 years.

We have been going to Bufano and Bufano for over 10 years! Dr. Eric and Dr. Lisa are always so friendly! They put me at ease and the entire office is welcoming and kind. My 12 year old and 5 year old also see Dr. Bufano and Dr. Bufano and they make my children feel very comfortable (and make them laugh if they are feeling nervous!) My older daughter had 2 teeth pulled in the office and didn’t bat an eye! AMAZING! I would recommend this dental practice to any of my friends and family! Also-Jenny is an excellent hygienist and has been cleaning my teeth for over 12 years. If you are looking for a gentle and friendly person to clean your teeth, she’s the one!! 5 STARS!!! :) :) :)
