$110 for a 5-minute or less "consultation", and double the price of last year’s estimate for same treatement... leaving patients in pain, untreated and having to walk away wasting the money they desperately needed to get healthy. Awful. $4,000 PER CROWN. OVER $1,700 JUST TO CLEAN TEETH ($400 per quadrent -- what is this?)!!! Awful service, and motivated by fattening wallets ahead of retirement and taking full advantage of their customers.

I have debilitating anxiety and poor genetics when it comes to my teeth, which is a very unfortunate combination. Despite efforts to stay on top of my dental hygiene, the combination of my medication, genetic predisposition, and previous dental trauma makes me a complicated, high-maintenance patient. At the recommendation of my trusted childhood dental professional, I started seeing Dr. Earp almost a decade ago and I never left! I have never been more comfortable at the dentist than I have with Dr. Earp. He and his team are kind and compassionate; they don’t nag me about the impacts of my meds on my teeth, but provide alternative/additional options instead to help me manage it. This is particularly wonderful because I don’t have to keep explaining all the contributing factors of my already complex situation. All procedures are clearly communicated and done quickly and efficiently with multiple check-ins during to ensure you are comfortable. Dare I say that even root canals (of which Dr. Earp has given me two) are not nearly as ominous when he is involved. I love Dr. Earp so much that I mail-in actual physical paper forms (in 2024!) for insurance reimbursement after my insurance suddenly took him out of network. He is worth the extra effort because I certainly will NOT be swapping dentists EVER until he retires. That should speak for itself when an elder millennial that works in cybersecurity would rather mail-in paper forms than change dentists. Dr. Earp is an excellent dentist and human and I recommend him to everyone, but especially other folks who have dental anxiety and/or complicated dental needs. Thanks, Dr. Earp and team!

My family has been with Dr. Earp for well over 20 years since moving to Raleigh. An outstanding dentist, he has ensured both of our boys have grown up with excellent care, sometime tougher than it sounds as our youngest is special needs. He has gained the trust of some tough patients in our group, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Earp is the BEST dentist I have ever gone to, so I am a long-time, forever patient! He is gentle, kind and so personable. The office staff are helpful and easy to deal with. I do kind of miss the old office, but the new one is nice... I miss seeing his Daddy’s chair in there though. So pleased with this practice!

Dr. Scott Earp & his team are exceptional, efficient and like family! Our entire family goes there and we appreciate the great care we receive with every single visit. I used to see Dr. Roy Earp, his Dad, so have been going to this dental office for a long time. Thank you for making going to the dentist such a pleasant experience!
