This was my first visit and from the moment you step through the door at Bright smile you feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. The entire staff go above and beyond to take care of you and your needs. You don’t feel like just a patient or a number you feel like their friend that they are taking care of and want nothing but the best for you. I have definitely found my new dentist home and will definitely recommend them to everyone especially people that anxiety about going to a dentist. 5 stars is not enough to express this dentist office.

My first visit to Bright Smiles was wonderful. The hygienist, Mali, was terrific. She did a great job on my teeth and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Hartman was awesome. She explained everything. Dr. Hartman showed me my X-rays and SHOWED me that I do NOT have gum disease. She gave me concrete, verifiable information and did not try to scare me into having unnecessary work done. My previous dentist never showed me my X-rays or really explained anything. They kept hinting that I had gum disease or would have it shortly if I didn’t come for cleanings every three months. They never showed me anything to prove this. The hygienists there used scare tactics to try to bully me into having extra work done, like deep cleanings, while mentioning gum disease, heart attacks, and more. I will be returning to Bright Smiles, and my husband will be a new patient there too.

This was my first time visiting Bright Smiles and it was a wonderful experience. My hygienist Mali was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The Dentist, Dr. Hartman was personable, engaged in my care and also suggested preventative measures to keep my teeth and gums healthy! I definitely will return for my future cleanings.

It was my initial visit. I’m usually very anxious about being seen by a dentist. Today was a game changer. My treatment plan is tailored to meet my needs. The office staff were pleasant and professional. I was surprised to discover that the person who welcomed me when I came in the door was actually the dentist. I’m definitely going to return. This works for me!
