First visit to Smiles at Glenwood. Was thrilled that they offer 7am appointments because it is convenient for my work schedule. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.Yolanda my tech was amazing. She took her time explaining things and checked on my pain and comfort level throughout the visit. Dr. Crocker was also friendly and discussed my needs and future treatment plan ensuring I receive the services that meet my needs as well as desires. Would highly recommend this practice. 👌🏾

I needed to search for a new dentist as I was unhappy with my previous practice, so I did some prospecting on Google. To say that I struck gold is an understatement… I love this practice - from the efficient office staff, to my dynamic dental assistant, Lisa, to the thorough and professional services of Dr. Ransom, and their high-tech overview of my X-rays, teeth/gums and treatment options. I will be immediately moving my dental needs here because, true to their name, their service made me SMILE!!!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist Rachel was excellent. She explained each step of the cleaning process and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Arrick was wonderful as well answered any questions I had. I look forward to my next cleaning. I will also be bringing my daughter her as well.

I was very happy with my appointment at Smiles at Glenwood. This was my first visit there, and I found the front office staff very friendly along with all of the clinicians. Rachel did a thorough and efficient cleaning with x-rays along with being personable and upbeat. I’m glad to have found this practice!
