Village Dental - North Raleigh

Village Dental is a dream. I’ve required many dental procedures throughout the years and through recommendations of a friend tried Village Dental. This is the first experience where the team made me feel at ease, made recommendations that were sound and truly are thoughtful of the patient experience. I would like to recognize Jeremiah for supporting me during a procedure. He helped me select music, frequently checked on my comfort level and his skill set was above and beyond. Thank you Village Dental.

I have been a patient at Village Dental since 2018. As usual, my visit was wonderful. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk person who also assisted in completing paperwork. In that I am elderly and use a cane, after the visit, the hygiene assistant walked with me so that she could open the door for me. Everybody in between-- the hygienist, the doctor, the staff person who replaced the dental-o-rings for my implants -- were professional, courteous, and showed concern for my concerns. Also, I was impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment used for x-rays. And the service I received was affordable. I highly recommend this practice.

I was a patient there for about eight years. Although I had two bad experiences there (they were resolved more or less to my satisfaction), I was generally content with their service and appreciated the scheduling flexibility and low membership fee, a trade-off for having different hygienists and doctors each visit. Now that I have dental insurance, I was disappointed to get an additional bill from them even though my insurance company paid more than I had previously been paying them before I got insurance. I will be looking for a new dentist.

My first treatment with Village Dental went great! I was a little nervous about sedation, but my sedation consult with Matt reassured me. Jean and Brittany did great jobs cleaning and filling my teeth - I can brush my teeth without pain for the first time in years! It was really nice that Dr. Valencia checked on me a few days later. I had a great experience and really appreciate the way the team at Village Dental looked after me! I really enjoyed my initial visit to Village Dental. It was fun! Allandra was great-she was gentle and thorough and helped me understand my X-rays and the treatment needed. She’s got a great sense of humor- we laughed a lot! I’m really looking forward to continuing dental care at Village Dental.

For the first time ever in my life I did not feel overwhelmed or judged at the dentist’s office! The team made me feel welcomed and assured a judgment free zone which helped put my anxiety at ease, in the end the answers I got were not what I was expecting, they were better! I went in with a sense of dread and worry and came out looking forward to going back and getting my oral hygiene back on track as well as maintaining it in the future. If you have any fears or worries about the dentist I would highly recommend giving village dental a call!
