Dr. Tart was good but the office staff not so much. They are "inattentive". Billing office is a nightmare. Good luck in getting claims filed on time. 2-3 month lag time, then denials by insurance since proper claims were not filed etc. You never get any solid answer when request to talk to office manager or billing person, "not in today and so on". Get a run around. Will not recommend this practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for over 15 years (started with Dr. Povlich when he was in the practice) and have recommended their practice to anyone who would listen. I'm extremely difficult to numb, but Dr. Smith has always made me feel incredibly comfortable. I travel extensively for work and am now in Charlotte, but it's worth the drive (and was worth the flight when I was travelling out of the country every week). You won't be sorry if you go to see these guys. If I could give them more than five starts, I would... their service has certainly been worth it.
