Highly impressed! After about three years of being bounced around from specialist to specialist, including TMJ, Atlas Chiropractic, Dentist, and Acupuncturist, I finally have a plan! After a two hour appointment where Traci went through all my history and symptoms, and after a few X-rays and examinations,Traci was able to explain the root of my pain, develop a course of action, and explain the process from start to finish. I’m actually looking forward to getting braces and beginning the steps to no longer be in pain! Thank you!

Dr. Harold and April do such a fantastic job! I have been dealing with headaches, jaw pain, and neck pain for over 5 years and it is finally getting under control. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for a couple years and that helped but still wasn’t giving me the full relief I needed. They have both gone above my expectations by providing quality TMJ care, consulting with my chiropractor, and helping me with some other paperwork issues. For the first time in years I am feeling so much better! Their knowledge and expertise is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone with jaw/facial pain.

After talking with several ENT’s and Dentists in the Raleigh area I am so glad that I found James Harold at TMJ and Facial Pain of the Carolinas. My youngest son was told at his annual dental checkup that he needed a frenectomy and many of the referrals were to ENTs and Periodontists which is all well and good, but many of them only would do the procedure under a general anesthesia in the hospital - mostly for insurance purposes. Not only did they want to do a outpatient surgery, but they were using scalpels - archaic at best. Dr. Harold used a surgical laser and completed the procedure in under fifteen minutes from start to finish and the outcome is looking great! I would strongly recommend Dr. Harold for any of your dental surgery needs. Thank you Dr. Harold and April!
