Dr. Mike has always given his patients the best care he possibly can. He treats you like family.He goes above and beyond what is expected with making sure the patient is not in any pain, or has any problems with the dental procedure. What other dentist will actually clean your teeth, and accommodate his patients in Dunn, so they do not have to drive to Raleigh? My father in law passed away, and I received a handwritten sympathy card waiting on me when I got back into town from him and his staff. This is what I mean by above and beyond what is expected. His staff is the same way. If you go to Dr. Mike, you will not be disappointed. If you have a dentist phobia, as many people do, he will make sure you will be comfortable and he takes his time. He treats everyone the same. I have known him since began his practice and he is the best dentist I know! I wish there were 10 stars as his practice deserves it!

I love Dr. DesRosiers and his staff they are so friendly and prompt. Every time I have an appointment they make sure to get me back early, and with my busy schedule this is a must. They also ensure I am always comfortable in the chair and am aware of every step of the way which I love. Dr. DesRosiers is a wonderful doctor and very funny. I love coming here! Thank you guys for being my dental home.

My family and I have a mixed review for this dental office. We experienced great customer service with the dental staff and the dentist himself (the one, and only, time our family visited this particular office) ; however, we had a HORRIFIC time dealing with the billing and payments clerk and spent several hours trying to figure out why we were being contacted about a large bill that was over 90 days (and were only hearing about it at the time of contact-3.5 months later!). It took more than a dozen emails and 3 calls to their office, and several contacts to the insurance companies to figure out that two service claims had not even been filed with insurance, claims had been cross-referenced even though they were on different days, and that turnover within the office had created a 'black hole' for our billing and notifications (this was after we were asked for the full payment of services up-front, before insurance was filed-we respectfully declined that request). Even after asking politely for a receipt showing we'd paid the outstanding balance in full, the admin clerk sent the original invoice back to us, rather than a receipt. It's either gross ineptness or shady business practices, we haven't decided which, but will be certainly finding a new dentist.

Top of the line dental office! Exceptional staff, wonderful dentist, stellar care. This dentist knows ALL of his patients, their families, each patients dental history and needs. At this office, you will receive the "hometown dentist" feel we all crave! There is no better place to be for all of our dental needs! Thank you for getting me out of pain!!!!!! :0)

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike's for about 2 years now. He takes care of my family and the experience could not have been better. He even got my dad into the chair to take a look at an issue he was having. My dad has not been to the dentist in my life time and Dr. Mike new a LOT needed to be done but he addressed only the concern my dad had and did not pressure to do more. I have not had a cavity filled by Dr. Mike which is a testament to his professionalism and not drilling to drill which some other dentists I have been to have done (unbeknownst to me). The "Cleaning Crew" is great as well and do a fantastic and very gentle job at getting my teeth clean. They don't pressure you with up selling and are accepting to the fact that most people don't floss. They just recommended coming more often if I didn't want to floss, which left me conflicted as they are so nice to visit with that maybe I shouldn't floss more often (just kidding I will floss more often promise DR. Mike!)
