Absolutely! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I scheduled an appointment for an extraction. But when i get there im just sitting around waiting and waiting patiently until the Dr. come and check it out only to tell me that He can’t pull my tooth today. When thats the only reason im there. That’s what i scheduled my appointment for. I don’t live here i work on the road all year long. So i took time off of work to come to a Dr. To just waste my time. I could’ve scheduled an appointment somewhere else. For this day and time. But they wasted my time. Im so angry and upset, then he tries to schedule me another appointment for next Tuesday. Like I never told him that i was not from here and that i travel.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff here! I even fell asleep 😊 and the music was great!! Thanks to Michelle, Michelle , Rhonda & Dr. Matthew’s!! Also, everything was so clean +++++ there was nothing not to love about the place. I really like how they go over everything step by step to make sure you understand the process and services. I will recommend family and friends!!! Trust me, you will not regret choosing The Smile Center as your dental provider!!!

If I could give Smiles Center 10 stars I would. By far the best experience, very detailed work, super nice and engaging staff with professionalism at it’s best. Customer service is huge on my list. I’ve observed their interactions with my 71 year old dad, listened with my eyes and ears. This staff has gone above and beyond my exoectations and the call of duty. They were referred to my by a very good friend who has been going to them for over 20 years. My dad was raving about the person that cleaned his teeth. He’s getting dentures and we are so pleased with the service recieved so far in the process. Thank you Smiles Center!!!! T. Henry & JD Glover
