This was my first visit to Cary Family Dental. I was immediately impressed with the size of the practice and how efficiently it operates. This in terms of making appointments, follow up to confirm appointments and communications for new patients. All accomplished easily. The staff was cordial and I got expert insights from my dental hygienist about the condition of my teeth and the procedures that she was going to perform. All in all a very pleasing and professional experience.

I would 10/10 recommend Cary Family Dental! Especially if you’re someone who isn’t fond of going to the dentist. This place has such a good vibe, not your normal dentist office vibe and EVERYONE there is so nice and friendly. Dana took care of me today and she was just the nicest, sweetest person and she never once made me feel weird or awkward or like I was being judged. I felt completely laid back and comfortable and that’s coming from someone with a lot of social anxiety! Definitely go here if you’re looking for a dentist!!

Real hygienists (not dental assistants) gave both of my kids excellent cleaning. They, and the dentist, were thorough, respectful and communicative. Receptionists too—they were up front with costs and easily linked into our insurance plan details, and it was quick to get in for an appointment as well. The office is gorgeous and clean, but small and simple. It is a pleasure dealing with them and I am switching the whole family over from one of the local fancy “dental factories.” Looking forward to having a thorough, personalized dental staff I can trust to work with!

I used to be incredibly self conscious about my smile before and after braces. I hated going to the dentist and had been told once by a hygienist that I had bad teeth. My partner told me about Cary Family Dental and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff there is amazing. The doctors and hygienist are always kind and knowledgeable. Because of this team I am more confident with my teeth and smile. Truly could not find a better place. Highly recommend!!!

The friendly staff at Cary Family Dental make any procedure there more comfortable, from cleanings to fillings. Questions are always answered with honesty and courtesy, and I never feel as if I am being rushed through. My kids enjoy watching the TVs while they have their teeth cleaned, and are happy to go to the dentist knowing there are gentle and understanding hands that will be taking care of them.
