This was the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I liked doing my paperwork digitally before I came in and the staff was so friendly. My dental hygienist was very thorough and really listened to my concerns. I don’t usually like the dentist but this really was a different experience than other places I’ve been to.

Had a 7am appointment today. Needed to get a new crown. The entire process was painless! Carmen is a wonderful assistant to Dr. Mann and .makes the whole process seamless! Dr. Mann recommended a new material for my new crown due to specific circumstances. So glad I trusted him and went with it. The Dr. Ashley Mann office is superb in all aspects! Highly recommend!

Dr. Mann’s dental practice was recommended to my husband and I after we moved to downtown Cary and I am SO glad they were… every employee I encountered, from front desk staff, to the dental hygienist and to the dentist, were very warm, welcoming, thorough and professional. Erin was my dental hygienist and she made me feel very comfortable. I tend to have tooth sensitivity during cleanings, but she was mindful of that and truly made it a pleasant experience. Both she and Dr. Mann also listened to my concerns and helped to come up with a potential treatment plan. Even from my first visit, I can tell how much they all care about their patients!

I am a new patient and I have had the best experience . I knew I would require a deep cleaning which made me very nervous. Dr. Mann took the time to explain everything to me and address my concerns. Everyone in the office is wonderful to work with. Crystal at the front desk is such a joy she makes you feel comfortable. She is thorough in making sure you understand what your insurance will cover and your costs. Autumn is the best hygienist I have ever had. Before, during, and after my deep cleaning she was patient, kind, and gentle. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dentistry care where you are made to feel like family.

We have been going to Dr. Mann’s office for over 10 years and are very happy with the quality of care they provide. I appreciate the cancer screening and the thoroughness of the exam. They check your entire mouth and tongue, and even the lymph nodes on your face and neck. It’s more than just teeth health. Felicia has been our usual dental hygienist since we have been coming to the Cary office (it seems like!) and she has been outstanding. I highly recommend this practice.
