I went here off othe ratings. I went here for the first time because it was covered by my dental insurance and they do orthodontic work as well. I say I haven’t been to the dentist in a while bc it’s been over a year. I knew that I needed an extraction and braces. And was hoping to get a quote on how much that would cost. Imy overall experience was okay. Getting my X-ray done was very discomforting. Obviously my mouth is small and the assistant was having a hard time getting me to bite down let alone it was cutting my gums I’m not sure if they had tools that were a little bit smaller but I had other places that went a size down. Getting my teeth clean was okay. But here’s the laugh . So u guys charged me for a “$25 co pay” that’s what comes out the mouth of the lady up front desk. After paying it the paper says anti bacterial rinse. Thought it was a “co pay” mind you all I had done was a cleaning and X-ray. I never asked for the dayum Rinse she said it herself I can get it at the store. I am a little skeptical if I should go back. Even though it was just 25 dollars don’t lie and say it was a co pay. I guess it was my fault but I should of “ paid “ attention but I will give it a 2nd go around. Definitely going to see a 2nd dental office before coming. My first time experience wasn’t quite pleasant. But don’t let this review stop you from going here. Not everyone experience is the same just make sure they don’t rip you off. I’m used of other places explaining the charges and break down before even doing any type of work. Whether it was covered or not. You knew what to expect they even explain the tools that they were using and would ask are you comfortable. so that you understood what was going to happen to you and what was covered. I never had to pay for cleaning or X-ray. But what do I know not everyone runs their business the same.
