Brier Creek Family Dentistry

I thought with a 4.7 review score I would be in good hand. As I read the reviews that have under 2 stars, I relate to everything these previous reviews have said. I called this office and ask were they taken new patience. I needed to get in for an emergency because I can feel my tooth had broken off in my gums. I was in a lot of pain. The confirmed my insurance and scheduled an appointment for two days later. I expected that multiple x-rays needed to be done but what I didn’t was to come into an office and never be asked how my pain was or how much my tooth was bothering me. I also didn’t sign up for a coaching session for the dental assistant. They sat right behind me went over my x-rays while the doctor spoke only to the dental assistant about the different things that needed work in my mouth. Once they went over everything excluding me from the conversation, he cleaned my teeth told me about everything except what I came in for; when I declined is when the doctor lets me know he can’t do anything in his office, and he needs to do a referral he goes back to ask if I want to schedule or start one of those other procedures. I am very annoyed at this point. He still never addresses the purpose of this appointment, he never prescribed anything for pain, nor did he give suggestions or offer anything. When I go to check out the female doctor has now printed up a schedule for different procedure and cost. Talks about cost breakdown and what amounts insurance will pay. They have yet to give me the referral because she is too busy trying to make more money and showed no empathy or care for the matter at hand, After I’ve sat there for 5 mins, I ask what’s next because at this point, I still haven’t received the referral or what I need next. I follow up with the referral and they mention the dentist has yet to send any of my information over and will only see me with $100 console and have x-rays done if the Dr doesn’t send them. I wasted an hour in a half and used my insurance here for no reason, these people knew from my first call and the x-rays that they could do nothing for me. A complete waste of time and lack of empathy and professionalism. As one of the reviews say BEWARE THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

I have been a patient of the Mathew’s Dentist for years now. I absolutely love them...They are both kind generous and truly care about your well being. Being I’ve never been extremely comfortable with dentists, they make me feel at ease and now have no issues going to see them every 6 months. The practice is clean and safe. Thank you both for what you do.

This dentist is truly nothing but exceptional! I stumbled upon this dentist, on the web as i was searching for a place to get my teeth checked urgently. The staff at the desk were very friendly, professional and personable. Ive also seen them clean and disinfect surface areas each and everytime after use. Dr. Mathew is amazing and has excellent bedside manners. I can tell his practice is excellent. Needless to say, i think i found my new dentist 😊

I have been going to Brier Creek Family Dentistry for over 10 years. They are extremely talented and their integrity is outstanding. Somehow they have managed to create a small town atmosphere in this ever growing city. Their knowledge is well above the other Dentist I have seen. I can always trust they will never recommend or do any unnecessary work like other Doctors I have seen. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough!!!! Staci

I have been coming to see Dr. Mathew and his wife since I was 6 years old. I am now 18 and I love seeing both of them every 6 months. The staff are always so nice and super friendly. My entire family loves this place. Coming here for so long, I have developed close friendships with everyone and they always ask how I am doing, and even remember things I told them 6 months ago! I recommend this amazing office to everyone! I truly believe Brier Creek Family Dentistry is certainly a second family to their patients.
