The practice has a fantastic team of employees who support Dr. Kim. When you enter, you immediately feel the warmth of the welcoming environment and are greeted by friendly, smiling front desk employees. You genuinely feel like part of their family, not just a patient. The dental assistant and hygienists provide comfort and understanding about your procedures. In addition, Dr. Kim is not just responsive but quick to respond to patient’s emergency needs and concerns, ensuring your peace of mind. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

I decided to visit Caring Smile Family Dentistry after visiting a few other clinics, their price was the best option I could find, and I look everywhere... Once I got to the clinic, I was impressed by their attention, Becky in the front desk, make you feel welcome, always receive the patients with a sweet smile and always take care by checking me in the same second I showed up. I never had to wait not even 2 minutes to be called in every visit. She absolutely shows respect for your time and schedule, no matter how busy they may be in the front desk. Their staff is absolutely professional, Abby the assistant explained in detail everything they will be doing, ahead of time, while getting me ready to be seen by Dr Kim, who btw had done everything in a very smooth way and is very knowledgeable as well. The Hygienist, Carrie is so knowledgeable and go above and beyond her tasks, took her time to explain me in detail how to take care of my teeth and even went online to advice me, about the best products to use, and finally and not less important Becca, always look out for me, to apply the best discount possible, she even took her time to go talk with whoever is responsible, to get a little extra discount when possible, btw I pay out of my pocket and that’s why I appreciate her doing that.. Their installations are clean and relaxing I absolutely recommend Caring Smile Family Dentistry to my family, friends and in general to anyone reading this review. Dr Kim, couldn’t pick a better group of people to have beside her. Thank you for your awesome and excellent service and for your affordable prices. You normally get what you pay for, not in your case if we compare with others, as your staff go above and beyond. Was looking for a sixth start to give them, but unfortunately there are just 5😊

I had my dental implant done at the office, am very happy about it. The process was smooth and well explained. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Kim certainly very skilled. In addition, the cost for the implant is well affordable. Highly recommended.

The whole team at Caring Smile Family Dentistry is great! The first appointment for me and my family was wonderful! Everyone was so kind, atmosphere was nice and the music selection was awesome :) They were able to accommodate staggering our appointments as we have a 1 year old and Dr. Kim took great care of her to make sure she isn’t afraid of the dentist when she is older. She is loving her Disney princess toothbrush. We have definitely found our new dental home.
