Taylor Family Dentistry

I just had some wisdom teeth removed and they were so great. All the staff was very polite. Fortunately for me I didn’t need to be put under for my procedure. So I was awake for everything. I myself am a very anxious person and hate going to the dentist. I also suffer from ptsd. They were so wonderful and compassionate and made sure to never make me feel uncomfortable, even though I was extremely scared and emotional. They constantly checked up on me and talked me through everything before every step while encouraging me. Like I said previously I hate the dentist and knew i was going to have a tough time. They made it run as smoothly as possible and also checked on me hours later even after I had gotten home with an encouraging message . They really went above and beyond. This is not my first great experience with them either, I have already perversely had them. I won’t be going anywhere else I trust them and thank them greatly.

I’ve had a very great experience at this location. Dental Hygienist Amy Carter is great. She does a wonderful and thorough job with her cleanings. She translates all the terms the Doctor says and helps me fully understand what is going on in my appointment as she is Bi-lingual. I appreciate her and Taylor Dentistry. I think it is wonderful how this location ALWAYS reminds you about your up coming appointments and keeps communication very open. Thank you Taylor Dentistry. -Khanh Vo

I have been going to Taylor Family Dentistry for about 2 years. Dr. Taylor and his staff are absolutely fabulous! My first visit was an emergency visit due to my tooth cracking in half. I had never been to the office and they got me in the next day. Dr. Taylor takes his time with you and explains everything in detail. He is conservative in his treatment and is excellent at patient teaching. Every employee is friendly, helpful and the epitome of customer service. You will not be disappointed.

We have been going there since they first opened! All the staff are great,,, friendly and gentle! Dr. Taylor is very talented in his filling work with my front teeth. Our family even opted to go get a cleaning every 3-4 months due our being more susceptible to cavities. This is the best practice I have ever been to!

Taylor Family Dentistry is the best practice I have ever encountered. Every staff I interacted with and who treated me were so generous with their time, advice, and gentle care. I was a newcomer but they treat me like I was their star patient. I’m not exaggerating. Excellence in service is noticeable and appreciated by me --an old school believer in customer service and and that the customer is always right, even if they’re not! I would highly recommend this practice for all of the above and because of my superior dental treatment.
