Incredibly helpful! In an urgent situation on a Friday, they not only were able to fit us in, but helped move the appointment up as one of their earlier appointments finished early. All of that is amazing, but the care was what was most impressive. The staff (from the folks on the phone to the folks helping us settle in all the way up to the doctor) were kind, thoughtful, and explained everything at every step of the way. They involved us in the care plan and proceed with clarity and consent at each step of the way. We are so lucky we found them in our time of need! Thank you!

I went for a consultation and everything went well. The Dr. and assistant were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend their office to others looking for a periodontist. If I could offer a tiny bit of constructive criticism it would be that your front office receptionist could be a little friendlier and engaging. I’ve worked front office for 38 years and we give the first impression for the practice. No one was rude but I didn’t feel exceptionally welcomed or important as a new patient. Hope that helps, your job as a receptionist, including phone cenversations, is to encourage new patients and make each one feel special.
