My whole experience was pleasant. I was greeted warmly by the front desk, the assistant informed me I was eligible for updated x-rays, the hygienist even got me a prescription from the doctor for an issue I was having. We’ve been coming here for years and have also recommended this practice to friends and family. Thank you always making the process enjoyable!

I had my 2 teens scheduled for same morning. My son attended his appointment. My daughter went to bed the night before with a fever of 101.5. Office is not open to call at 11pm!!! She CLEARLY should NOT go to a dentist’s office and infect anyone else, if she could even tolerate moving. The office charged me $75 missed appointment, because I was NOT able to predict 24 hours earlier that she would get sick 🤒. Common sense would say she must be really sick for my son and I came in - we weren’t just "skipping" to do something more fun. I called as soon as they opened. They never said there would be a charge. Found out at rescheduled appointment where if I walked out, they would charge me double. Our 20 year long loyal history with no frivolous cancellations should have been taken into consideration. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Too many good dentists around for me to tolerate being punished for one getting sick. Also your children are very likely to get sick coming here, since dragging in sick children is required to not pay a steep fee.

Truly a great experience. Where do I start? I called to make an appointment for my 9 year old, and luckily they had a cancellation that got me in the same day. The primary receptionist when you first walk in was very kind. The doctor was awesome— thorough and had a great sense of humor. The dental assistant made my sons first dental experience (yes, I’m 8 years late) AMAZING. There isn’t anything she didn’t do, from school conversations to sport inquires to singing to him, to letting him taste whatever was going into his mouth for a peace of mind. Phenomenal. In this day and age, it’s hard to find a good, genuine experience anywhere you go now.. it’s quite sad. Love it. Would definitely recommend.
