I am very nervous when I need to have dental treatment. (Stems from previous experiences as a child and young adult) I couldn’t have wished for a better experience than I had here recently for a dental crown. Dr Smith and his staff were absolutely amazing, very efficient, and extremely empathetic. I honestly hardly even felt the numbing injections! The hygienist I see is wonderful too. Thank you to you all at Smith Family Dental!

Sometimes I think people, myself included, are quick to make a complaint but when it’s time to give a compliment, we hesitate or hold back. So I want to break that habit and share my thanks to the team at Smith Family Dental Solutions in Cary NC. I am always impressed by their compassion and empathy, but this time and situation required a long time in the chair and some creative problem solving. Dr Smith and Ravi both worked together to tackle a tricky situation. Most importantly , they did all this in a quiet, soothing environment which helped calm my nerves. Yes, sadly I am one of those people for whom a visit to a dentist is a white knuckle experience. They get it and do their absolute best to make sure their patients are heard and cared for. Very satisfied with the treatment I received. I was greeted promptly by John, the hygienist at the scheduled time of my appointment. X-rays and cleaning went smoothly. Dr. Smith welcomed me to the practice and answered all my questions about dental procedures and the current status of my dental health.

I love it here. Dr.Smith did my surgery on my wisdom teeth and the dental hygienist (I will update with his name) he is amazing and been helping me maintenance my teeth since the surgery. Cleaning, etc.. I recommend to my family and anyone local needing a Good Dentist. (Slight reference to the show ’Good Doctor’) cause they are that awesome, professional and the receptionist is always looking fly!

I have been to Smith Family Dental a few times and have had only very positive experiences. The hygienist is Samantha and she always does excellent work and is very friendly. Dr Smith is as well and doesn’t push any procedures, but does recommend things that may need attention. They filed my insurance for me and I was out the door. Hope to continue having my dental health tended to by the Professionals there. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!
