This isnt a review about the actual dentist. However on today while sitting in my vehicle another vehicle (white) started tooting their car horne at me. I ignored it because I had no idea who the person was. She then parks beside my car in the handicapped spot , gets out and points in my direction and says “you are in my parking space” . Now this office is in a shopping center , the parking lot is public and the only marked spaces ive seen were handicapped. The woman is an employee there. I didnt have another other way to contact the dentist in regards to her employees behavior so I decided to leave a review. Unless there is special marked parking her employees shouldn’t feel the need to tell someone “you are in my parking space”.

I only have nothing but awesome things to say about this dentist office. I’ve been with them over 6+years n I wouldn’t trade them for any one else. Dr. Brown n her staff are so kind, friendly n patient I enjoy myself with them every time I go there talking n laughing. My ratings 100%++++

My first time calling and the receptionist was very ugly! I believe her name is Shannon, i asked if they accept N.C Medicaid she pauses and stated "not for adults" i replied okay i have two children that i would like to make an appt for. She goes and says " we don’t have any appts until January" with an nasty attitude. I kindly replied okay ma’am have a good day. With staff like her you don’t have to worry about troublesome patients because her attitude turns them away. Especially when you are looking for quality care for you children.
