Hello everyone. So far My Orthodontist (Preston location) has been okay. They have been kind, welcoming and are working with our present financial situation. There is a disappointing piece. My son left with his newly applied braces and was told that he could eat immediately (eating the things that are deemed okay.) He did this, but before we could even make it out of the area, a bracket was off (we went immediately back.) They brushed it off and said oh "no worries, we will take care of it when he comes back." 2 months or whatever have passed and he has not been back until today. During this 2 months, 2 more brackets have fallen off. They told him he could be dropped from their office. 😳 It seems to me that maybe they shoud invest more time, effort and money into the adhesive and process that they use when applying the brackets. The idea would be to help people by completing this process successfully.

I really enjoyed visiting MyOrthodontist. My first consultation was fast and the staff were very courteous and knowledgable. Doctor A. and Miss Dani were great! They came up with a plan to improve my smile. The price is affordable and I am so excited to get started! My visit was a few days before my birthday and they surprised me with a card and gift. Thank you!!!

Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful! My daughter was very nervous about coming and now she’s feeling better and not nervous about getting braces. Thank you all so very much!

Every single time I come into their office i am greeted by the same two kind ladies, and the orthodontist that usually works on my teeth is wonderful. This is a well ran establishment with positive energy and good people.
