Highly Recommended 2My family loves Dr. Bailey; he is an amazing provider and takes such excellent care of his patients. He makes my kids feel at ease with him. My issue has been with the staff at the practice. The last time my kids had an appointment, I had a question and approached the desk. The receptionist was on the phone but clearly on hold, I waited patiently and she then picks up her cell phone and starts scrolling while I’m standing and waiting. I eventually just ask her where my kids are located so I can go back and ask Dr. Bailey the question myself. My only other issue is just never knowing how much we will pay for anything! The practice is not in network with any insurance company so you have no clue what you are going to pay! I asked repeatedly about the cost of an extraction; I wanted them to send a pre- authorization and the response was like they did not want to do it! This procedure would have been covered at 100% anywhere else, we ended up paying a little over $100.

Dr Bailey is so attentive and kind. Went for an appointment right after a bad experience at another dentist and this practice exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

The Best!!!! I have been a patient with Dr. Bailey for almost 20 years now. After recently relocating to another area and trying to find a new dentist, my appreciation for Dr. Bailey and his staff soared. They even saw us and advised us during the search. Heather, administrative assistant, never seemed annoyed but happy to help. Dr Bailey and his staff are always excellent, friendly, honest, thorough, and informative with top notch work ethics across the board - I could go on. Highly recommend.

Dr Bailey is very nice. I have been a patient for about three years and have now left for another dentist. My major concern is the hygienist is always in a hurry during cleanings. This past week I looked at my phone at the start and she rushed through the cleaning in 21 minutes. She barely touched my teeth when polishing. This has happened each time and I don’t want to cause a stir but feel potential patients need to know this. Dr. Bailey can check my record to know which hygienist I am reviewing. Instead of complaining I have voted to move to another dental office.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Bailey for several years and are very pleased with our dental care and how we are treated. The office is immaculately clean. The staff is pleasant and professional, answers the phone, returns calls, and is helpful.The office is obviously well managed. Dr. Bailey is a pleasant and very competent professional, who provides excellent gentle care using the best equipment. He has been happy to explain his treatment plans and alternatives and answer questions fully. If you care about your health, and want quality dental care done properly the first time, look no further.
